Create a space on the top left page of the planner for quarterly, monthly and weekly goals.
Write down below your goals what you will put in to accomplish your goals; ie a good sleep schedule, workout, eat well, complete a training. Write down the tasks you want to accomplish.
On the right page of the planner make one middle vertical line and two horizontal lines creating a table of the days of the week. Write down your outputs in this table. The last square should be Saturday and Sunday. On this day you will reflect rating your previous week and begin the planning cycle again.
